The Nativity of the Theotokos Georgian Church respects the privacy of parish members who use this app.
Information we collect
When you create an account or use parish features, the app may store your email address, name, optional phone number, language and notification preferences, directory-sharing choice, and content you submit such as questions, notes, tasks, attendance records, events, or announcements.
How we use information
We use this information only to provide parish communication, member-directory, calendar, ministry, and account features. Access is limited according to your parish role and membership status. The app does not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Service providers
Account and parish data are processed and stored using Supabase, which provides authentication, database, and server-function services for the app. Information may also be delivered by email or notification providers when parish leaders send an announcement and you have enabled that channel.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept while your account is active or as needed to operate parish records. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from Settings. Some ministry records may remain without your personal identifier when required for parish operations.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, control whether members see your contact information, change notification preferences, or delete your account. Contact the parish office if you need help reviewing, correcting, or deleting information.
Delete your account and data
In the Nativity Georgian Church app, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. You may also request deletion by emailing Georgian.eklesia@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Your authentication account, profile, contact information, preferences, and personally associated user content are permanently deleted. Parish operational records that must be retained may remain only after your personal identifier is removed. Email requests are processed within 30 days.
